Our deep, intense 80% Cameroonian dark chocolate with a ripple of sharp sour cherry curd, made with free range eggs and butter. The cherry cuts straight through the cocoa and the curd keeps everything soft. Bold and grown-up, with a sharp edge that suits the colder months.

80% Cocoa (Cameroon) Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vanilla), cherry curd (sugar, pasteurised free range EGG, pasteurised free range EGG yolk, butter (MILK, salt), concentrated sour cherry juice, natural flavour, gelling agent: citrus pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid). Cocoa solids 80% minimum.
