Ginger, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg blended into our 45% Cameroonian milk chocolate, with a drop of ginger and cinnamon oil to carry the spice. It tastes like the soft middle of a gingerbread biscuit, minus the biscuit. Warm, spiced and very Christmassy.

45% Cocoa (Cameroon) Milk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, vanilla), ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, cinnamon oil (Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark oil), ginger oil (organic Zingiber officinale oil). Cocoa solids 45% minimum.
